Refund policy

Returns

PLA Concept shall ONLY allow returns for ‘incorrect item shipped’ or ‘damaged items’. PLA Concept will issue a replacement for any item return, provided you inform us within 24 hours after receiving the incorrect item. Return must be made within 7 days of delivery date. Customers are responsible for all the return shipment costs.

Custom order items are non-refundable, non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@placoncept.com.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: PLA Concept, 2358 University Ave, #2182, San Diego CA 92104, United States

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Should the product arrive damaged, it is the responsibility of the consignee or their agent to report damage to the carrier immediately upon receipt and inspection. All damages to products should be carefully documented and all packaging and paperwork must be retained for carrier inspections.
