You can personalize your set by adding initials to all the chess pieces, checkers or tile racks in your game of choice. Your initials will be used instead of our logo. You can also add a message, quote or date on the board as a personalized gift for your loved one. You can even change the colors of the pieces to something we don't offer, change the design of the board or change the design of the whole set. *** Please note that 3D printed items are made by adding very thin layers of plastic, one layer at a time. Slight imperfections / rough edges are expected, but I work hard to avoid them.

All our products are handmade after your order is processed. Products will be shipped within 7-10 businessย days unless stated differently on the product description. Weโll do our best to ship them as soon as possible!ย Currently we are offering FREE Shippingย to the USA for most of our products. Customers from other countries will see calculated shipping ratesย during checkout. PLA Concept is not responsible for the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
PLA Concept shall ONLY allow returns for โincorrect item shippedโ or โdamaged itemsโ. PLA Concept will issue a replacement for any item return, provided you inform us within 24 hours after receiving the incorrect item. Return must be made within 7 days of deliveryย date. Customers are responsible for all the return shipment costs.
Custom order items are non-refundable, non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Care Instructions
Please be careful with any liquids or chemicals around the chess set. Donโt leave the products outdoors, exposed to direct sunlight or very hot places. Resin parts (especially white resin) may change color in time. Our chessboards are made of real hardwood veneers and marble stone tiles so take care of them as you would take care of a furniture of same material. Wooden parts might need refinishing over time. Marble chess boards are very heavy so be careful while carrying them around. PLA Concept is not responsible for any damage caused by accidents with our products.
